Best Dressed: Elie Tahari Skirt

Can we discuss how gorgeous that skirt is? It's hard to see but it has a neon yellow waist trim. I'm in love. Well done Elie Tahari.

    I love this outfit! I really need some (affordable) ankle strap heels! I feel like they are soooo neccesary for summer fashion.
