We all know by know that these two are "best friends." When I saw Ciara wear this 2 weeks after Kim Kardashian did, my face suddenly looked like the BBM confused face. Did Ciara forget that she had a premiere to go to so she borrowed from Kim? I feel bad for Ciara because she always ends up looking like she is jacking someone else's style. Last year her stylist used to give her all the same things RiRi wore...not a good look.
